Summary: Hotel staff were amazing very friendly and accommodating, always answering any questions that we had with a smile. Hotel rooms are a little dated the bathroom could definitely use some upgrades. The pool is nice a but on the cooler side. Overall we had a nice time we had a appointment in the city we enjoyed how convenient it was to many businesses around the area as well.

Summary: The pool area was gross, the hot tub was cold and full of film and hair, no way to turn the jets on. The pool was full of hair and film aswell.

Summary: Lobby has been redone. Rooms are old and smell like they were smoked in since 1980. They pre-auth your card for a night plus an extra night. Parking is not great, has two hour max in some spots but that was not the case so not sure where to park at first and it is tight.

Summary: It was a very nice hotel that we expected for the price we paid. They have the fantastic lobby/courtyard area. The restaurants and bars were nice. Abundant parking spaces. Could improve on making the underground parking cleaner and brighter.

Summary: Hotel room was good, it was a good stay. When it was the Radisson I don't remember them having Security kicking you out of the Atrium and sending you back to your room just for sitting there. Also when Parked on the North end of building at night you have to walk all the way around to the front door to get into the building..

Summary: Loved this place really nice great deal for the just needs some cleaning of the flower beds on the patio we stayed at nothing but weeds could just clean out and put nice rocks but I would assume people would use it as an ashtray and make a mess of it
